This program is designed to provide comprehensive education and training on Joint Commission International (JCI) standards for healthcare quality. The program aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand, implement, and maintain JCI standards within their healthcare organizations.

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

1) Identify in depth JCI standards pertaining to patient-centered care and healthcare organization management.
2) Apply scenarios and case studies to enhance problem-solving abilities.
3) Develop proficiency in conducting patient or system tracers using Tracer Methodology.
4) Develop the skills to effectively write policies and apply the principles and processes of document control.
5) Identify the knowledge and skills in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor healthcare quality and performance.
6) Develop proficiency in data management techniques and analysis methods to extract meaningful insights.
7) Identify the ability to conduct audits, create checklists, and develop auditing processes to assess compliance.
8) Define and apply risk assessment methodologies to identify and assess potential hazards and risks in healthcare processes and environments.
9) Define and apply Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) techniques to proactively identify and mitigate potential failures.
10) Identify proficiency in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify underlying causes of adverse events and develop effective strategies for preventing their recurrence.
11) Identify electronic systems and their applications in healthcare to become familiar with them.
12) Explore and utilize various improvement tools and methodologies, such Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA)
13 ) Develop the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively prepare for and participate in drills, simulations, and improve emergency response and preparedness in healthcare settings.
14 ) Identify proficiency in conducting medical records reviews to assess the completeness, and compliance of patient documentation with healthcare standards and regulations.
