Hospital 57357 welcomed Dr. Walid Alsorougi, dean of Helwan Medical School and vice president of Helwan University for environmental affairs, accompanied by Dr. Nervana Hassan, oncology professor and environmental affairs consultant , on their first visit to the Hospital, responding to an invitation by Dr. Shaymaa Almenyawi, head of the Hospital’s quality department. The visit is to activate cooperation with the University in scientific fields, and expertise exchange within the framework of the Hospital’s commitment to sharing in the development of a pool of qualified professionals   capable of effecting a change and raising  the level and quality of healthcare services.

Dr. Almenyawi and the representative of 57357 Foundation’s outreach to universities department welcomed the guests and joined them for a tour in the Hospital through which they visited the clinical pharmacy, cyberknife, the new pathology lab, information systems department, research department, radiotherapy department and the daycare. Throughout the visit, Dr. Almenyawi presented the technology used in the different departments and 57357’s complete digital transformation which contributed to the accuracy and speed of the healthcare processes.

57357 Group’s CEO and the Hospital’s general manager met with Dr. Alsorougi and Dr. Hassan who praised the Hospital’s services, the technology used, the application of latest treatment protocols and the application of the latest operational and health information systems, which contribute to the provision of the best quality care and enable obtaining accurate survival rates. In his speech, the Hospital’s general manager welcomed the cooperation with the University and suggested expanding the exchange of expertise in research, information systems and medical engineering.

At the end of the visit, the guests promised to visit again and bring along the deans of different other faculties, to generate more cooperation  and expertise exchange opportunities.
