In a research paper, the proteomics and metabolomics biostatisticians devised a software that accurately identifies molecules using the mass spectrometer. The SASA software is available for free on the proteomics page of 57357’s website. Using the software, the proteomics team was able to analyze biological samples such as biopsy or blood sample, to determine the disease severity and medication effect.
