A charity trust to commemorate the student Yousef Fayad

    Fayad is a student in the second grade of physiotherapy faculty and his classmates wanted to honor his memory with this donation for the benefit of 57357’s children.

Hospital 57357 welcomed the visit of a delegation from the faculties of nursing, pharmacy, dentistry and physiotherapy, Sinai University who came to offer a donation for a charity trust to commemorate their colleague Yousef Fayad who passed away of coronavirus. Fayad is a student in the second grade of physiotherapy faculty and his classmates wanted to honor his memory with this donation for the benefit of 57357’s children. The students toured the Hospital’s departments including clinical pharmacy and the day care, while committing to precautionary measures.

In their way to the daycare they met with Abdullah, one of 57357’s children who talked with them praising the Hospital, which he considers as his second home, and where he is receiving the best of care. He said that the love he felt from everyone in the Hospital alleviated his fear from the disease and encouraged him to endure the harsh treatment and to hope for cure, God willing.

At the end of the visit the students donated blood and plasma, and expressed their delight with the visit, praising its organizers, the Foundation 57357’s universities outreach department. They promised to visit again and to continue to donate to the Hospital to sustain its provision of such high quality medical and psychological care to enable its children to win their fight against cancer, God willing.
