For the fourth time, the American Nursing Credentialing Center ANCC accredits 57357’s nursing as a continuous professional development unit.

A recent development that confirms 57357’s commitment to excellence, leadership and international quality standards: Hospital 57357’s nursing education unit receives the ANCC accreditation for the fourth consecutive time.

ANCC is one of the most renowned nursing accreditation entities in the world, and Hospital 57357 is the first health institution to obtain the accreditation in Egypt and the Middle East.

Obtaining the accreditation for the fourth consecutive time testifies to the Hospital’s commitment to international quality standards, leadership and continuous development. Nursing in Hospital 57357 is known for efficiency, experience, and the provision of high quality care to children with compassion and mercy.

According to Safa Ramadan, head of nursing continuous education unit, the unit was accredited by ANCC for the first time in 2012. The accreditation was renewed in 2014 for 2 years , then renewed in 2016 for the third time. The accreditation was finally renewed for the fourth time this year to encompass continuous nursing education, acknowledging the unit’s continuous professional development until 2024.

The unit is pursuing to raising knowledge and skills of the nursing team, through encouraging continuous education, research and the provision of educational programs in different health areas in the field of pediatric oncology. It is also keen to share its experiences to nursing teams in other hospitals through professional development programs.
