Hospital 57357 welcomed Mahmood Al Durrah, the Canadian Egyptian bodybuilding champion on his first visit to the Hospital where he visited the children in the daycare, chatted with them and took pictures.

Al Durrah currently lives in Canada, but he started practicing bodybuilding in Egypt where he won the universities championship five times and won the national championship. After traveling to Canada he started taking the sport as a profession and he won Vancouver pro championship which qualified him to share in Mr. Olympia for professionals for the year 2018 to be the first Egyptian to share in the category of 212 pounds of this championship. After he stopped participating in championships, he became a trainer and his social media channel is a point of interest for millions of youth.

Al Durrah expressed his pleasure for being with 57357’s children saying: “I thought I’ll make children happy but the fact is that they made me happy for communicating with them. I am honored for visiting such a great Hospital which is the largest children’s cancer hospital in the world. After I stopped participating in championships I decided to dedicate my time to children with special needs, but when I heard about 57357 I decided to come in a batman suit which is loved by all children. I visited many hospitals outside Egypt but didn’t see such efforts and dedication in serving children. Since the Hospital management is committed to a noble humanitarian mission of serving children for free, we should all share in supporting them. I am going to publish my visit videos on my social media channel and invite my followers to support the Hospital. I’ll keep communication channels with the Hospital opened and will come back to visit, God willing, he added.
