Today, September 20th,2022, Hospital 57357 welcomed a delegation from the international forum for children with special needs to present its shows to our children for the sixth consecutive year. The event is organized by “Awladna” (our children) Association for children with special needs, headed by Mrs. Suhair Abdelkader.

The show started with the Keryaks team from Greece, then the Awladana association’s children presented a poem recited by the two children Mina and Belal. The Russian culture center presented a ballet show, followed by singing and dancing by a team from Congo who was able to engage 57357’s children, spreading cheerfulness all over the place.

“We are always eager to visit the Hospital annually with the Afro-Chinese teams to present shows to delight 57357’s children, shared Mrs. Abdelkader. “57357’s children are in my heart, and I am proud of the Hospital as every year I visit them I find new improvements,” she added.

It is noteworthy that the children’s choir of Hospital 57357’s had earlier participated in an artistic show at the opening ceremony of the sixth international Afro-Chinese forum for children with special needs organized by “Awladna” Association, headed by Mrs. Sohair Abdel Kader. The forum activities span the period from September 16 to 21, in the Egyptian opera house. The opening ceremony was held in attendance of the Ministries of Culture, Planning and Tourism, Man Power, Solidarity, and Immigration, along with a group of ambassadors, artists, and public figures.

This year, the forum activities included the participation of more than 30 Arab and foreign countries, art shows from different African and Asian cultures, in addition to an exhibition, titled “our children, our heritage” for handicrafts of our children, the Association’s children, and the participating guests. Hospital 57357 shared in the exhibition handicrafts made by the Hospital’s patients with the assistance of 57357’s volunteers.

Our gratitude to Mrs. Abdelkader for her continuous support to our children, and to the different teams for presenting their shows to delight our children!
