    Recent Advances in Pediatric Neurosurgical Oncology

The Children’s Cancer Hospital – Egypt (CCHE-57357) in collaboration with Neurosurgery Department, Kasr Al Aini School of Medicine, Egyptian Society of Neurological Surgeons (ESNS), and World’s Federation of Neurosurgical Society (WFNS) is organizing a conference titled “Recent Advances in Pediatric Neurosurgical Oncology” in the Hospital’s auditorium during the period from February 25th to 27th, 2016.


The conference is held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Gaber Gad Nassar, President of Cairo University and Prof. Dr. Fathi Khodair, Dean of the faculty of medicine, Kasr Al Aini University, and headed by Prof. Dr. Mohamed A. Elbeltagy, Head of Hospital 57357’s Neurosurgical Unit, and honorary presidents, Dr. Sherif Abouel Naga, CEO of Children’s Cancer Hospital Egypt and Prof. Dr Essam Rashad, head of Neurosurgery Department, Kasr Al Aini.


The meeting will be hosting different key international speakers known for their great experience in the field of Neurosurgery from different continents: North America, Canada, Europe, Asia and Africa.


On the sideline of the conference, 6 workshops will be held to train doctors on the most recent world techniques used in pediatric neurosurgery, using latest equipment.


The Children’s Cancer Hospital of Egypt is playing a very important and leading role in improving the care of patients with brain and spinal cord tumors in the Middle East and becoming one of the largest pediatric cancer centers in the world.
