Dr. Dina Ayman, programs manager for Microsoft and assistant professor ,New Jersey Institute of Technology, visited Hospital 57357 to meet with the children and to offer them nice gifts.
She attended a presentation about the beginnings of the Hospital, its development stages, its research capabilities, its labs and advanced equipment. Dr. Ayman visited the outpatient clinics and clinical pharmacy and got to watch the robotic equipment for preparing and dispensing medication in operation. She also visited children in the daycare and delighted them with lovely gifts. She visited art therapy recreation center and was impressed by the variety of activities it offers to patients such as drawing, coloring, playing music and storytelling. She ended her tour by visiting the cyberknife, which is the latest technology in radiotherapy.
On her facebook page she praised the Hospital’s enormous capabilities, its research labs with top notch equipment, and expressed her appreciation for the Hospital’s cleanliness, operation system and its abilities with respect to treatment and research. She invited people to support the Hospital and its sick children.
It is noteworthy that Dr. Ayman was selected by the American Forbes magazine as influential personality under the age of 30 in North America, and was honored by president Elsisi during the world youth forum.
