A delegation headed by Ms. Shaimaa Tayseer, head of the Federation’s branch in Egypt visited the Hospital to sign a memorandum of understanding between the 2 entities to boost the cooperation initiative. aiming to offer coaching services to the Hospital’s medical team to contribute to their personal and professional development, and establish the coaching culture within 57357
The guests made a tour inside the Hospital, and expressed their admiration for the technological level, the quality medical care and psychological care offered to children, and the Hospital efforts to improve its employees’ capabilities.
Within the framework of Hospital 57357’s pursuit to enhance the aptitudes of its medical team which plays a vital role in the success of its operation, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Hospital and the International Coaching Federation, in attendance of Dr. Sherif Abuel Naga, 57357 group CEO and the Hospital general manager, Dr. Ghada Sobhi, head of Hospital 57357’s education administration, and DR. Shaimaa Tayseer, head of the federation. It is noteworthy that the memorandum signing event occurred on February 4th which corresponds to world cancer day
On the federation web page, Ms. Tayseer, the president of the Egyptian branch of the Federation expressed her delight with the cooperation saying; “it was a pleasure to commemorate world cancer day at the Children’s Cancer Hospital Foundation 57357, which is one of our trusted partners, where I have signed a memorandum of understanding as head of the Egyptian branch. The memorandum focused on the federation’s strategic fields, and we are happy with this cooperation since we believe that training is an integral part of prosperous and stable societies and institutions. Our gratitude to the work team for your dedication and support to this cooperation”.
It is noteworthy that the International Coaching Federation is the only internationally recognized organization that releases certificates for coaching trainers and offers them a trusted training platform.
