It provides a wealth of tactics for creating a pragmatic strategy, leveraging the way consumers behave (interact, buy, bond, etc.) on-line and applying analytical techniques correctly, solving challenges such as measuring social media and multichannel campaigns, achieving optimal success by leveraging experimentation, and employing approaches for truly understating and listening to your customers to enhance their Digital Experience.

By the end of this workshop participant will be able to:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the evolving Digital Economy and the integration of the Physical & Virtual worlds with the development of the IoT (Internet of Things) and how will this impact consumer and their buying process.
  • Develop an ability to comprehend and contrast the differences between consumer on-line vs off-line behavior and how to influence it to achieve organizational objectives
  • Develop the ability to solve challenges such as measuring social media and multichannel campaigns using on-line analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, IBM Analytics, etc.
  • Integrate Qualitative Research techniques and experimentation, with Data Analytics to be able to develop customer insight to enhance their Digital Experience.
