Quality Residency Program

This program is designed to give in-depth hands-on application on different quality functions and to practice quality professional roles and responsibilities in healthcare accredited organization.

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

• apply healthcare quality improvement methodology
• apply patient safety function and standards
• apply data management concepts and function.
• develop KPIS ID and conduct data collection and validation.
• attend committee meeting and document meeting minutes.
• conduct incident report analysis.
• conduct Root cause analysis.
• participate in staff awareness on quality standards.
• conduct risk assessment to a process (clinical or non-clinical)
• practice different department clinical audit, compliance review and tracing.
• practice non clinical audit and tracing.
• apply document control and policy and procedure development.
• apply medical records review.

4 months
3 days per week
Start date: January 2024
Sunday – Tuesday – Thursday from 8 to 4 pm

Course price: 2500 LE/month

Residents will rotate in the following functions:

1. Clinical auditing and tracing.
2. Non-clinical auditing.
3. Committee management.
4. Document control.
5. Risk management.
6. Patient safety.
7. Data management.

Healthcare quality diploma is a must or CPHQ.

In order to receive your certificate, you have to attend not less than 80%
