Quality Residency Program
Program Overview
This program is designed to give in-depth hands-on application on different quality functions and to practice quality professional roles and responsibilities in healthcare accredited organization.
Program Learning Objective
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- apply healthcare quality improvement methodology
- apply patient safety function and standards
- apply data management concepts and function.
- develop KPIS ID and conduct data collection and validation.
- attend committee meeting and document meeting minutes.
- conduct incident report analysis.
- conduct Root cause analysis.
- participate in staff awareness on quality standards.
- conduct risk assessment to a process (clinical or non-clinical)
- practice different department clinical audit, compliance review and tracing.
- practice non clinical audit and tracing.
- apply document control and policy and procedure development.
- apply medical records review.
Program Duration / Fees
4 months
3 days per week
Start date: January 2024
Sunday – Tuesday – Thursday from 8 to 4 pm
Course price: 2500 LE/month
Program Rotations
Residents will rotate in the following functions:
- Clinical auditing and tracing.
- Non-clinical auditing.
- Committee management.
- Document control.
- Risk management.
- Patient safety.
- Data management.
Selection Criteria
Healthcare quality diploma is a must or CPHQ.
Certificate Requirements
In order to receive your certificate, you have to attend not less than 80%
• Hard copy for 100 Egyptian Pounds.
• Soft copy for free.
