Othman’s mother:
Othman is 8 years old. He was attacked by cancer disease when he was one-year-old. He relapsed three times. My son lived at the Hospital more than he lived at home. He was admitted to the Intensive care unit (ICU) many times because of the ferocity of the disease and the treatment’s side effects. Even then, I used to feel reassured because in this unit, the medical care is exceptional. There, each second counts and it is equipped with top notch devices.
Othman had to remove his two kidneys and started dialysis since six months. His father and myself are doing compatibility tests to see who can give him a kidney. I pray to God it would be me as I want to give him my kidney to enable him to lead a normal life like the other children.
