Within the last ten days of Ramadan and the upcoming Fitr Eid, Vodafone Egypt Company organized a visit and entertainment party for Hospital 57357’s children. Before the visit and the party they communicated with the volunteers department, to actualize the company’s suggestion of realizing the wishes of 300 children in the Hospital. In cooperation with Omnia and Saeed characters that children are fond of, our volunteers took the wishes of 300 children for the gifts they would like to receive on the occasion of the feast. The company prepared the gifts where it gave its employees the chance to log on to the company’s internal net and select a gift among the list of wishes, to bring it on the day of the visit.
On that day, the Hospital welcomed 40 of the company’s employees headed by Mr. Ayman Essam, head of external and legal affairs sector, and Mr. Ahmed Khairy, the party coordinator.
The party was held in the Hospital’s auditorium and included singing and a magician show. Some of the Company’s volunteers wore the costumes of cartoon characters that children love, and delighted children with gifts and balloons. A delegation from the company toured all Hospital floors and visited all children (300 children) to realize their wishes for the Eid. The visit and gifts delighted the children, especially that each employee provided the gift he offered to the child who requested it. They took pictures with the children and created a warm, uplifting and joyful atmosphere around the patients
