Within the framework of the cooperation between CIB and the 57357 Foundation and in pursuit of the Bank’s support to 57357’s children, CIB agreed to make a generous donation to upgrade solutions’ infusion and syringes pumps and patients’ monitoring system in addition to equipping the treatment building “A” (intermediate care building formerly) with up to date infusion and syringes pumps. The pumps are used to administer intravenous chemotherapy doses and antibiotics to children, and are connected to center station for monitoring and drug library. The generous donation will serve intensive care, bone marrow transplantation, post-operative care and chemotherapy units which contribute to accuracy and speed of drug administration and accordingly to raising overall recovery rate.
It is noteworthy that CIB is one of the biggest supporting banks to the Hospital and its official bank. The bank provides an annual generous donation to contribute to 57357’s children’s treatment journey in addition to supporting the Hospital with latest equipment. It offered the Hospital an intra -operative MRI equipment for imaging during surgeries, a new PET/CT equipment for the nuclear medicine department and upgraded the old one, doubling the capacity of the department. The bank have also supported minor procedure units and upgraded patients’ monitoring system which is a step in raising work efficiency and speeding the recording of medical data and patients vital functions.
CIB’s support for 57357 is not just a material one, it is also a moral one to our children through repeated visits and participating in the Hospital’s marathon, Ramadan iftar, Ramadan decoration and other activities.
