Yasmin received her PhD in early 2020 from the University of Glasgow, after which she continued working as a research assistant at the Beatson Institute of Cancer Research. During the initial UK coronavirus lockdown, she worked briefly at the Glasgow Lighthouse Lab COVID-19 testing facility. She joined the Microbiology and Immunology Unit at 57357 in June 2021.

Research interests: immune synapses, membrane-associated protein trafficking, protein-protein interactions, natural killer cells, molecular immunology.
