He is funny with a smiley face, once children see him, they gather around him as he cheers them up and make them laugh. Parents and all the Hospital’s visitors love him too and love to take pictures with him. He is only known by the nickname Karawan.

The real name of Karawan the clown is Mofeed Eissa Zaki. Karawan is the name he chose to suit his funny character and to be popular among children. He is more than a clown, he has a master’s degree in educational guidance, behavior modification, familial guidance and modern education methods.

At the Hospital, Karawan has an angelic mission that extends beyond the mere amusing of patients. When children see him they laugh and forget their pain.

Karawan believes in the power of his work in 57357’s art workshop and is totally dedicated to it.
