Scientific Activities
- Biannual pediatric brain tumor conference in association with the ISPN (International Society of Pediatric Neurosurgeons). Started in January 2013, 2016 and 2018.
- Workshops included:
- Hands on Endoscopic ventriculostomy workshop
- Work shop for intraoperative electrophysiological studies
- Tractography and functional planning workshop for brain tumor surgery
- The conference is held in the hospital, our target is the improvement of pediatric neurosurgical oncology service through education of Neurosurgeons in Egypt, the Middle East and Africa.
- All conferences provided the attendees with CME credit hours approved from the AMA.
