 As always, the visit of the Evangelical church community brings forth a breeze of fun and happiness, instilling the spirit of the festive season throughout the Hospital premises. This is the second consecutive year for the evangelical community headed by its leader Pastor Dr. Andrea Zaki, to celebrate Christmas with 57357’s children. The evangelical delegation included a large number of the Evangelical Council members and heads of denominations, the Secretary General of the Evangelical Association, Pastors of a number of churches and New Ramses College School students. They were warmly welcomed by Dr. Sherif Abouel Naga, CEO of 57357 Group and GM of Hospital 57357, and Dr. Hanaa farid, strategic manager, Fundraising, 57357 Foundation. In her speech, Dr. Farid welcomed the visitors in 57357 which she qualified as the Home of all Egyptians. On behalf of 57357’s staff and management, she expressed gratitude to the Evangelical Community for their on-going support since the preceding year, and for launching a campaign to encourage the community members to visit and to donate to the Hospital.

In his address to the audience, the Hospital’s CEO congratulated the visitors for the 500 year anniversary of the Evangelical reform by Martin Luther. He told them to consider 57357 as their home where, thanks to their continuous support, it is able to apply international standards in healthcare provision, relying on research and smart education. “Our unity and complementarity as one nation is the source of our strength and our success, and 57357’s children are our children and our responsibility” he added, thanking them for supporting the Hospital’s expansions.

Dr. Zaki: last Sunday we prayed for 57357’s children and collected donations, in 2018 we will dedicate one Sunday to pray for them in all of Egypt’s Evangelical churches

Expressing his pleasure for being in 57357, the head of the Evangelical Church, Pastor Dr. Andrea Zaki shared the following: “Today, I watch the whole of Egypt being represented in 57357; I watch the past alongside the future, and we have to join forces to support the Hospital”

 The Evangelical Community represented by its different churches and their pastors, its different denominations, along with the Evangelical Association, the community’s Chorale, New Ramses College School’s children, came to support 57357’s children motivated by the giving spirit of Christmas. Last Sunday a group of Churches prayed for 57357’s children and collected donation, in 2018 we will dedicate a Sunday to pray for the Hospital in all of Egypt’s Churches, he added.

The celebration included Christmas and patriotic songs by New Ramses College School and the Evangelical Community’s Choir.

At the end of the celebration, the Evangelical community offered a generous donation to support our children’s treatment journey and the new expansions.
