Marriott Hotel, Zamalek pursues its support to Hospital 57357’s children with the typical symbolic donation amount of L.E.57357 it is accustomed to offer in contribution to the treatment journey of our children with cancer. A habit of offering a donation in the name of Marriott’s employees for L.E. 57357 pounds as an annual ongoing sadaka, “sadaka garya” is perpetuated throughout the years, being part of the hotel’s corporate social responsibility to help needy sectors of the society.
This year, the donation check was delivered by the Marriott GM in person, Mr. Jürgen Sterkau in the Hotel premises to Sayed and Rouda, both 57357’s patients who have not yet completed their treatment journey. Our 57357 cancer survivors were happy to deliver a token of appreciation, an art craft on behalf of all hospital 57357’s patients to Marriott staff and management. Mr. Jürgen Sterkau, the Hotel’s GM along with a group of employees welcomed the two cancer fighters and Mr. Karim Morsi, head of the 57357 Foundation’s “outreach to hotels” unit and offered the two children nice gifts.
Mr. Sterkau expressed his happiness for contributing to the treatment journey of our children with cancer and his appreciation of the Hospital’s high quality services, equipment, and psychological care offered to children. He praised the Hospital’s continuous pursuit to improve the level of care it offers and its interest in research and continuous education in partnership with major international centers. He conveyed the readiness of the Hotel’s management to explore other forms of support to the Hospital..
